Carbon School District will be hosting Kindergarten Registration from 9:00am-11:00am on the following dates:
April 20 – Bruin Point Elementary
April 21 – Castle Heights Elementary
April 22 – Creekview Elementary
April 23 – Sally Mauro Elementary
April 24 – Wellington Elementary
Students must be 5 years old on or before September 1, 2026 to register for Kindergarten. We will be registering students who were born on September 2, 2021 or earlier.
Please note the following requirements:
• A copy of the student’s birth certificate is required.
• Proof of immunizations or a valid exemption must be provided at the time of registration.
• Students must register at their boundary school- families may submit an online boundary waiver request form if they wish to attend a school outside of their boundary area. Approval or denial decisions will not be made until August 2026.
In accordance with Utah State Law, all students must be toilet trained in order to attend Kindergarten.
