Sheila started working for the Carbon County School District Child Nutrition Program in October of 1994. She started as a 2 1/2 hour worker in the Grand Canyon at Carbon High School, and is concluding her career 26 years later as the lunch manager at Creekview Elementary. Along the way she worked as lunch manager at Carbon High School, Mont Harmon Jr High School and Mont Harmon Middle School. For over 9 years she managed the lunch programs at both Carbon High and Mont Harmon schools. In her career she trained and mentored many of the current lunch managers throughout the district, and has thoroughly enjoyed associating with the students, the amazing lunch ladies, and the facility and staff at the different schools in the district.
Sheila is married to Tony Koss, with whom they have two daughters Amber and Stephanie and is Nana to 3 grandchildren AJ, Olivia and Birdie.
She leaves with a heavy heart, but is looking forward to spending time with her grandkids and riding off into the sunset with her husband (travel buddy), on their Harley Davidson Motorcycle.
