INSTRUCTIONS:
If you need to meet with another teacher for intervention during Advisory period, click the above icon and fill out the form.
Then, keep watch on your school email for teacher confirmation and your assignment.
If approved, you will receive a "blue slip" pass on the day of your intervention that will allow you to leave your Advisory class and attend your intervention with the requested teacher.
Reminder: There are NO INTERVENTIONS during your Advisory period on EARLY RELEASE days (mostly Mondays). Also, you may NOT leave your Advisory without a "blue slip."
