Carbon School District is seeking applications for Lunch Subs at various locations throughout the District. Must have a High School Diploma or GED. Must be able to pass a Live Scan fingerprint background screening. Must have a current Utah Food Handler's permit or be willing to obtain one in a timely manner. These workers will assist kitchen managers with various duties in the school kitchens such as: preparing food, serving students, dishes, cleanup, sweeping, mopping, storing food, and any other duties that are required to assist management. Creekview students are welcome to bring water bottles to use in their classrooms as long as they only have water in them. Students do have access to drinking fountains for their needs. No other drinks are allowed in class except for special occasions determined by the teacher.

Remember Monday, August 25 is Back to School Night. Kindergarten will hold their meeting from 5:30 to 5:55. The general session will be from 6:00 to 6:25 followed by two break out sessions. The first session will be from 6:30 to 6:50 and the second session will be from 6:55 to 7:15.

Carbon School District is seeking applications for a Music Specialist at Creekview Elementary School in Price, Utah. Must have a High School Diploma or GED. Must be able to pass a Live Scan fingerprint background screening. The Music Specialist provides instruction in general music to elementary students. The specialist develops students’ appreciation of music, builds fundamental skills in rhythm and melody and fosters creativity and self-expression through music. Plan and deliver engaging music instruction aligned with state and district standards. Beginning pay is $18.23 per hour. Will work approximately 16 hours per week.
