There will be no school Monday, February 17th. Tuesday will be early out at 1:20. Remember ths Friday is the last day to purchase a Creekview yearbook for $20.00. The cost will then increase to $25.00.
Yearbooks will be on sale for $20 until Friday, February 14th. The cost will increase to $25.00 after that date.
Creekview Parents: No school will be held Monday, January 20th. Tuesday will be an early release at 1:20. Also Team Meetings will be held Tuesday so please have your student wear their blue t-shirt.
Due to safety and weather issues, Creekview will be implementing a new addition to our pick up policy beginning tomorrow. If your child is NOT picked up from the field by 2:55, they will be brought back into the school lobby to wait. Remember pick up time is at 2:40. Thanks.

Creekview Science Fair Entry Forms will be due this Friday, January 10th. Participation in the Fair is mandatory for 4th and 5th grade students. Second and third graders are encouraged and welcomed to participate. Thank You.

Carbon School District is seeking applications to fill a full time Elementary Teacher (2nd) at Creekview Elementary in Price, Utah.
Interested applicants must have a current Utah Teaching License in Elementary or have qualified to receive an APT or ARL License to teach the same from the Utah State Board of Education.
Applicants must be able to work well as a team member, have good communication skills and work well with children.

Our Lost and Found is overflowing and so we will be getting rid of all items on Dec. 8th. Please stop in and look for any missing coats, backpacks etc. that may belong to your child. Names on items is a great way to ensure lost items are returned.

Creekview's Food Drive will begin Monday Nov. 11th and run through Friday, Nov. 13th. The class that collects the most cans will win a Root Beer Float Party from the PTA. Please encourage your students to bring some canned food and support our local Food Bank.
5th Grade will be going to JA City tomorrow. Bus will leave promptly at 6:45 a.m. and will return close to 4 p.m. Students please dress professionally and bring a sack lunch. Parent volunteers may not ride the bus and will need to drive themselves.
