Reminders: Please do not park in the bus circle at anytime. Also parents are not allowed in the lunchroom during breakfast and lunchtime. Please sign in at the office if you are going down the halls. Due to an accident near Spring Glen that is causing a road closure, bus routes will be delayed today, Thursday, September 26, 2024. Please be patient as we work with officials to get your students home safely.

Carbon School District is seeking applications for a part time Warehouse Worker. Must be able to pass a Live Scan fingerprint background screening. Must have a valid driver's license. Must have a high school diploma or GED. Performs all functions within the scope of the warehouse for the purpose of providing warehousing operations. Participates in the receipt, storage, loading, unloading, inventory, documenting logs, and delivery of food items and school supplies. Prepares orders by pulling from stock to meet delivery requirements. Transports a variety of items. Delivers orders to appropriate schools or buildings. Ability to safely operate a variety of warehouse equipment including but not limited to delivery trucks, forklifts, and other warehouse tools and equipment. Clean all areas in the warehouse. Previous warehouse experience preferred. Regularly lift and move objects 10-50 lbs or more. This position is part-time and will work 20-29 hours per week. Apply online at www.carbonschools.org

There was a minor medical issue on a bus at Carbon High this morning. Authorities were called as a precaution. All students are safe and school has been in session as normal.

Creekview Elementary will be holding Back to School Night on Tuesday, August 20. Please note the following times: kindergarten will begin at 5:30, general session will start at 6:00 and the teachers will hold two different sessions. One at 6:30 and another at 7:00 to accommodate parents who have multiple students. We look forward to seeing you there! Also, just a reminder that Monday is early release at 1:30.
