Carbon School District is seeking applications for a part time Sweeper at Wellington Elementary. THIS IS AN EVENING HOUR POSITION. This position will work approximately 19 hours per week. Help with the operation, upkeep and cleaning of the assigned school building and grounds. Keep the building comfortable, safe and clear for all times the building is scheduled for use. Custodial duties include cleaning walls, windows, furniture, floors (carpet & tile), and cleaning restrooms. Stripping and waxing tile floors, refurbishing gym floors periodically. Other custodial duties as assigned by head custodian including minor maintenance on the building and grounds. Must pass a live screen background check. Must be a high school graduate or have equivalent. This job closes on April 2, 2020

Applicants will be working with students in Kindergarten and 1st grade to help them increase their academic abilities.
Applicants must have a high school diploma or equivalent and be able to pass a Live Scan Fingerprint background check which costs $25. Must also be able to pass the Utah Para Pro test which costs $45 or have an Associate’s degree.
