Carbon School District is seeking applications for a Middle School Science Teacher at Mont Harmon Middle School in Price, Utah. Required to teach students on a specific scientific subject. Will plan the curriculum for their classes and then deliver that curriculum. Teachers evaluate and mentor their students. Evaluations usually take the form of grading homework, tests, and projects. Teachers keep records of these grades so students, parents, and school administrators know where the students stand. Mentor students, encouraging them to excel in their schooling. Teachers may also work closely with students interested in the sciences and help direct them to the right educational path. Science subjects also often involve hands-on demonstrations, which the teachers plan and perform.
