Carbon School District is seeking applications for a part time Custodian at Creekview Elementary School in Price, Utah. Must have a general knowledge of custodial work and be able to perform general cleaning duties as well as minor maintenance on the building and grounds such as small electrical fixes, changing air filters and painting. Must have a high school diploma or equivalent. THIS IS AN EVENING POSITION that is 20 hours per week. We have an update for you on the error this morning with the PowerSchool Parent Portal. The problem is within the Document Delivery feature of PowerSchool. They are diligently working on a solution for us and we hope to have an answer very soon.
We will communicate with you once the problem has been resolved. It is our highest priority.

Earlier this morning we sent emails to parents with access to the PowerSchool Parent Portal. There were issues that we found and we have since shut off the Parent Portal access until the problems are resolved.

Just a reminder the cost for school breakfast this year is $1.50 and lunch is $2.10. Also you should have received an email from the district with a link to our enrollment site. ALL NEW students and ALL RETURNING students information must be updated by a parent or guardian. If you did not receive the email with the link please contact the school. You should receive a separate email for each child you have in Carbon School District. Please update the information, sign the agreements, and click "Submit". Thank you for helping us complete this process in a timely manner.
The chocolates will be here tomorrow, unfortunately not before school. However, the PTA will be collecting envelopes at 7:45 - 8:15 and will deliver orders to the classrooms for students to take chocolates home. Sorry for any inconvenience and we appreciate your patience and support.

We had our welcome back assembly today. We talked with the students about dreaming big! The teachers dressed up as what they wanted to be when they were the age of our students. We hope all students will Dream Big!!! It was a great start to the school year.
Creekview's Back to School Night will be held tonight at 6:00 p.m. The PTA will be there to hand out chocolate bars for the fundraiser. They will also be available at the school each morning to collect money and hand out more chocolate as needed. Please support this wonderful fundraiser for our students. Thanks.

We're excited for Carbon Football's kickoff to the season this Friday, August 11 at 7:00 pm against Hillcrest High! This game is a State Endowment Game, which means that all gate fees are sent to UHSAA. Creekview Elementary has 2 open positions for parent representatives to serve on school community council. You must have a child that will attend Creekview during 2023-2024 school year.
