Carbon School District is seeking applications for an ELL Aide. This position involves serving the Bilingual/ELL students of Carbon School District. Communicate with students in English and a designated second language to facilitate instructional processes; provide translation in parent-teacher conferences or telephone calls with limited or non-English speaking parents; translate or write notes, letters and other materials. Understands, speaks, reads, and writes English and Spanish. Knows the Spanish culture. Experience with children ages 4-18. Must have a High school diploma or equivalent. Must be able to pass a Live Scan Fingerprint background screening (cost of $25). HMS Parents: after wrestling practice tonight will be a basketball open gym from 6pm to 7:30 and again on Saturday morning from 9 am to 10:30 in our gym.
HMS Parents: Reminder tomorrow is our field trip for the whole school. Buses will leave by 8am please be on time. Masks and a sack lunch will be needed as well. If a lunch was ordered they will be available for pick up in the lunch room before we leave.

Even though wrestling is upcoming our boys basketball coach is holding a skills camp this Saturday 9/25 at the Helper Auditorium from 9am to 10:30am. Come out and meet the coach and work on those basketball skills.
