Please join us for Breakfast, Books, and Buddies Thursday morning 7:45 AM - 8:15 AM. Students are excited to spend some time with their buddy in their classroom. Come spend some time with your buddy and let the show you how hard they have been working on their reading skills.

The Lil’ Shoppers Shop will be open for you to shop with your Buddy in the library from 7:15 AM - 7:45 AM. We will also open after Breakfast, Books, and Buddies for 30 minutes so you can complete any purchases after your student heads to class.

We will leave at 8:00AM and arrive back around 4:30PM.
Send your child with a warm coat, socks, shoes, & gloves. This will be an outside event.
Students are permitted to bring $20 cash in spending money.
School and teachers are NOT responsible for any lost money or items brought.
No school employees will be available at the school after 8:00AM.

Carbon School District is seeking applications for a Special Education Paraprofessional at Bruin Point Elementary School in Sunnyside, Utah. High School Diploma or GED. Must be able to pass a Live Scan fingerprint background screening. The Elementary Special Education Paraprofessional supports students with disabilities in achieving their academic, behavioral, and social goals as outlined in their Individualized Education Programs (IEPs). The paraprofessional works under the direction of the special education teacher to provide instructional assistance, promote independence, and foster inclusion in the general education environment. Provide direct support to individual students and small groups during classroom instruction and activities. Assist teachers in implementing IEP goals, accommodations, and behavior support plans. Support students during transitions, specials, lunch, and recess as needed. Will work approx 29 hours per week. Beginning pay is $17.25 per hour. Apply online at www.carbonschools.org
