This schedule is for Carbon High School only: On Friday, April 10th, due to hosting a baseball game, a track meet (with 20 schools), and an Evaluative Music Festival (with 18 choirs and bands), Carbon High will be following an "Early Out (similar to a Monday)" schedule. School will dismiss for lunch at 12:10 pm; students are free to leave at that time. Buses will run at their normal schedule at 3:15 pm. If you ride a bus and wish to leave prior to bus dismissal, please make alternative plans.

CHS Students and Parents - ACT testing is tomorrow, April 8th at 7:45 am for ALL juniors(11). Eleventh-grade students need to bring a photo ID, their Chromebook (fully charged) and a #2 pencil. They should leave all personal belongings in their car or at home (this includes backpacks, purses, phones, etc). Rooms will be open at 7:45 am and testing rooms will close at 8:00 am sharp. There will be no admittance into the test after 8:00 am. No food or drink will be allowed inside the testing room. ACT Rosters have been given to math teachers so the student can check which classroom they will be testing in. Buses will run at their normal schedule. If a junior needs to ride a bus, they will wait at the school until 3:15 pm. Ninth(9), Tenth(10), and Twelfth(12) grade students DO NOT come to school tomorrow. They will be excused.

The Utah Developmental Disabilities Council will be holding a Public Comment meeting at the District office on Monday, April 6, 2026 from 3pm-5pm. The Council is developing their new 5 year State Plan for 2027-2031 which will guide their work to identify and improve areas of need for Utahns with Disabilities. The public is invited to review and provide comment on the proposed goals and objectives, as required by law.

Schedule for tonight's Prom & Junior Promenade: Juniors arrive at 5:30pm to prepare for Promenade. Junior Promenade will begin at 6:00pm. Once Junior Promenade has finished, the gym will be cleared. Doors will open for Prom at 7:00pm and the dance will end at 10:00pm. At 8:30pm, the doors will close and there is no more entry into the dance. ALL students and guests MUST have ID to enter.

Due to PROM activities... Friday, February 27th is an Early Out Class Schedule (like a Monday) for Carbon High School. Classes will be dismissed at 12:10pm. Lunch will be served immediately following dismissal. However, busses for CHS will run their regular route times on this day. Students need to be at CHS waiting for their buses no later than 3:15pm as the buses will depart from CHS at their regular scheduled time. The Activity Bus will run at its normal scheduled time, but students must have an Activity Bus pass signed by a coach/teacher/advisor in order to ride the activity bus.
