Carbon School District is seeking applications for a Head Wrestling Coach. The Head Wrestling Coach has the responsibility for the overall operation of the wrestling program in the Carbon School District in accordance with district and  UHSAA rules and regulations. The head coach has primary coaching responsibility for the varsity team but will be committed to working with all levels of the program. The Head Coach must have a commitment to the philosophy of providing a structured, developmentally appropriate, increasingly competitive and dignified program..Must have successful wrestling coaching experience and effective interpersonal and communication skills. Respond to emergencies and administers first aid, CPR and other medical attention as needed. Will work with the Athletic Director to schedule competitions and make arrangements. Attends and participates in staff meetings and trainings. Carbon School District is seeking applications for a Track Coach at Carbon High School. The Track Coach will work under the supervision of the Athletic Director to schedule competitions and coordinate arrangements. Apply and enforce student discipline during athletic contests, practice sessions, and while on trips off-school property. Encourage sportsmanlike conduct in all phases of athletic participation at all times.Will design and facilitate practice, workout, and training exercises.  Ensure appropriate equipment is available and set up for practice and meets. Communicate with Athletic Director to coordinate plans or resolve problems, report accidents and incidents, and record or maintains data. Respond to emergencies and administers first aid, CPR and other medical attention as needed.. Attend and participates in staff meetings and trainings. Performs other related duties as assigned.
