We are excited to announce that we will be holding our annual color dance THIS FRIDAY, September 8, 2023. Students will be given 2 FREE bags of chalk and additional bags are $1. The activity will start at 1:45PM and will end at 3:05PM. Students are encouraged to bring clothes they can ruin and something to protect car seats for the ride home. Buses will transport students as usual. Please contact the school with any questions.

We have an update for you on the error this morning with the PowerSchool Parent Portal. The problem is within the Document Delivery feature of PowerSchool. They are diligently working on a solution for us and we hope to have an answer very soon.
We will communicate with you once the problem has been resolved. It is our highest priority.

This game is a State Endowment Game, which means that all gate fees are sent to UHSAA. Delivers educational interventions designed by Special Education teachers to help students meet educational, academic, life skills, behavioral, physical, social and emotional goals. Assists teachers with Special Education students to enable learning with minimal disruptions to other students. Due to the varied and individual needs of each student, the Special Education Aide may provide a variety of support and assistance, and should be flexible adjusting to student needs. Will work approximately 29 hours per week. Must have a high school diploma or equivalent. Must be able to pass a LiveScan fingerprint background screening. Beginning pay is $14.92 per hour. Duties include entering student account numbers as students come through cafeteria lines, collecting account payments, applying payments to student and staff accounts, notifying parents/guardians of account deficits, and tracking data for monthly reports. Other duties include helping as needed in the kitchen and communicating with school administration, faculty and staff. Food handler permit is required upon hiring. HMS Parents: we have a limited quantity of yearbooks for sale today. They are $35 and will be sold to 8th grade 1st then 7th then 6th and only if all fees/fines are paid and uniforms/books have been turned in. Have a great summer.
